Our mobile ATP hygiene programme measuring product quality with immediate test results using the latest Relative Light Technology.
Since the start of the pandemic, MNH has been managing grounded stocks of inflight products across the global network. As more airlines take to the skies and products are reintroduced into supply chains, MNH has received unprecedented demand for quality auditing of dormant onboard products in storage.
With hygiene testing conducted onsite, our new, mobile Relative Light Technology measures the level of particles present giving immediate results. This allows us to pass or reject products that do not meet onboard aviation standards of cleanliness which may mean additional cleaning, laundering or sanitisation is required before use.
MNH’s RLU technology measures adenosine triphosphate (ATP), or in simple terms the volume of particulates on the surface or product. With testing carried out onsite with immediate results allowing the team to pass or reject products that do not meet the strict onboard aviation standards of cleanliness 20 – 40 RLUs.
MNH is a proven supplier managing compliance and CSR controls, this additional layer of hygiene and ongoing performance management is now part of our ‘business as usual’ process giving our clients peace of mind and their passengers confidence in the onboard products.
